Refund / Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is meant to be as simple and clear as possible. We understand that delays in production can happen, issues during transit, and a change of mind after purchasing a product. We hope you find our return policy to be hassle-free.

RETURN PROCEDURE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted unless the product(s) you purchased is/are defective, as determined in our sole and absolute discretion. To return a product, please reach us by email or message us via social media within 48 hours of the date of delivery. Please include your order number when contacting us. Once your order is verified we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package – It is best to write this in LARGE FONT on ALL sides of the package. Returns must be in their original packaging, and in new condition.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you received an incorrect product which was our fault please email us at eucadianperformance@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product and we will handle the exchange of parts at no cost to you. Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you in order to avoid return shipping fees. Always inspect all parts for defects or damage prior to installing them on your vehicle. In any circumstances where a product was sent due to our fault, we will send you a return label to send the product back to us. If shipping merchandise back to us yourself, we recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. 

 

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Any merchandise sent to us without an RMA number may be refused and returned to you at your expense. If a package without an RMA number is accepted by our shipping/receiving department, it can take up to 15 business days to be processed. We reserve the right to issue a restocking fee (15%) at our discretion.

Return Merchandise Authorization Policy

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued within 14 days of receiving the product if you need to return the product for any reason. RMA numbers can be obtained by either emailing us or messaging us via social media. Returns are processed within 15 business days, not including weekends, holidays, or the day the package was received. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless an incorrect part is received. Returns will not be accepted if they are used, installed, modified, or damaged. We strongly urge you to inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues. Installation costs are not covered by Eucadian Performance for any returned product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any defective products must be reported to us within our 14-day return policy. We will replace any defective products free of charge to you. Please use our contact form here or email us to report the issue.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We do our best to ensure our products are packaged sufficiently to avoid damage during shipping but there are exceptions that occur on the shipping carrier’s end that we cannot avoid. Please contact us within 48 hours if you receive merchandise that was damaged during shipping. We ship all items WITH shipping insurance and are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. You should NOT file a claim with the shipping company if your item was damaged during transit. If you file a claim through FedEx, UPS, or USPS it will be denied. Please contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS so we can initiate the correct compensation procedures through the shipping company. You may be asked to send pictures of the parts or packaging to us for claim purposes. IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU INSPECT YOUR ITEM BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT BECAUSE IF YOU DO NOT AND LATER DISCOVER THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOUR CLAIM WILL BE DENIED! It is absolutely acceptable to make the shipper wait while you inspect the shipment. ALWAYS inspect ANY package you get BEFORE the shipper leaves. Any damage not reported within 48 hours cannot be disputed and we will not be able to issue a return label to you. 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

In the event that a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, the customer refuses delivery, or the item is not picked up from the shipping facility it will take up to 15 business days to be processed by our shipping & receiving department. We may charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL / OUTSIDE OF CONTINENTAL USA SHIPMENTS

We are delighted to serve customers worldwide, but please be aware of our policies regarding international shipments, especially outside the continental USA.

International Taxes and Duties

When placing an international order, please note that taxes, customs duties, and other import fees may not be automatically calculated or included in your checkout total. These charges vary by destination country and are typically assessed by customs authorities upon arrival in your country. As a result, you may be required to pay these fees separately before your order is released for delivery.

It is important to understand your country's specific import regulations and fees, as they can vary significantly. We recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authorities for guidance on estimating these costs. Eucadian Performance cannot provide specific tax or duty information for each destination.

International Shipping Costs

Free shipping options that may be available for orders within the continental USA may not apply to international shipments. The shipping cost for international orders will be calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination country. You will be able to review and confirm the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

International Delivery Time

International shipments typically take longer to reach their destination compared to domestic orders. The delivery time can vary depending on the shipping method you choose, customs processing times, and any unforeseen delays. We provide estimated delivery times during the checkout process, but please be aware that these are approximate and not guaranteed.

International Returns and Refunds

For international orders, our standard return and refund terms apply. 

Additional Charges and Fees

In the event that an international order is returned to us due to customs issues, incorrect address, or any other reason, additional fees, including return shipping costs, may be incurred. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Currency

All prices on our website are listed in US dollars (USD). If you are using a different currency, please be aware that exchange rates may apply, and your financial institution may charge currency conversion fees.
