- Stainless Steel Construction: We use high-quality 304 stainless steel that provides superior resistance to rust and corrosion. The stainless steel material also has a lower coefficient of thermal conductivity, which reduces heat loss and maximizes heat transfer to the turbocharger or header outlet, optimizing engine performance.
- Accordion-Style Flex Bellow: Our exhaust crossovers feature an accordion-style flex bellow that ensures long-lasting durability and reliability. Unlike braided styles that tend to wear out and cause exhaust leaks or even damage to the turbocharger, our flex bellows are built to withstand the rigors of high-performance driving.
- Larger Diameter Tubing: We use tubing which has an ID (internal diameter) that is approximately 31% larger than the factory unit to provide superior airflow and improve engine performance.
- 1/2" Flanges: To combat any warpage due to high heat, we use flanges that are 1/2" thick mild steel.
