Product Warranty, Policy, and Procedure

​All Eucadian Performance products sold are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. No warranty claim will be valid without authentic, dated proof of purchase.

This warranty is to the original retail purchaser and none other and is available directly from Eucadian Performance and not through any point of distribution or purchase.

If a defect is suspected, the retail purchaser must contact Eucadian Performance directly to discuss the problem, possible solutions, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if deemed necessary by the company. All returns must be shipped to the company with a valid RMA number before they will be processed.

Eucadian Performance will examine any product returned with the proper RMA authorization to determine if the failure resulted from a defect or from abuse, improper installation, misapplication or alteration. Eucadian Performance will then, at its sole discretion return, repair or replace the product.

Intake plenums have a limited lifetime warranty which covers any plenum failure of less than 31psi. In the event a plenum fails, please contact us. Plenum failures due to engine backfires are NOT covered.

 

Limitation of Remedies

If our product is determined defective, the buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited in value to the sale price of the good. In no event shall Eucadian Performance be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Return Merchandise Authorization

An RMA form must be completed for all returns. If you need to initiate the return process for an item, please reach us via email eucadianperformance@gmail.com so that we can begin the RMA process. Please provide the order number and photos of the item when contacting us so that the process can be completed quickly. The item MUST be shipped in original packaging to be considered for RMA.  

Note: The RMA process may take up to 14 business days to complete.
